The Michigan Health Endowment Fund (the Fund) has approved a one-year grant to support a medical transportation program for older adults in Emmet County. The program will be based out of The Village of Hillside (Hillside) in Harbor Springs, a housing facility of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) that serves older adults with low incomes. Hillside is conveniently located off Traverse and Main Streets in downtown Harbor Springs.
