SOUTHFIELD – Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) has announced the election of Paul Brown and John E. Utley to the PVM Foundation Board of Directors.

Brown received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Law Degree from the University of Michigan. He has extensive legal experience, working as an Attorney in Petoskey and is member of the State Bar of Michigan. Brown is also the former Director of Fifth Third Bank. He is currently working at Arnold Transit Co. as the Chairman and CEO.

Utley graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Engineering. He went on to earn his Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University. He is involved with the Society of Automotive Engineers, Boy Scouts, and has been elected City Commissioner. Utley is currently the President of Kelsey-Hayes Company.

“We are pleased to welcome Paul and John to the PVM Foundation Board of Directors. Paul’s legal background and experience as a director will help the board tremedously. John’s experience with communities and cities around Michigan well help foster community awareness and build support for PVM,” said PVM Board Chair Lynda Jeffries.

Other appointments made by the PVM Board Members include Kerri Lumetta Heydens to the Village of East Harbor (Chesterfield); Cynthia L.M. Johnson to the PVM Board of Directors (Southfield); and Lynn G Kenworthy at the Village of Spring Meadows (Jackson).
