Flint, MI (September 12, 2022) – McFarlan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan are pleased to announce a Groundbreaking Event for the redevelopment of McFarlan Court Street Village on Friday, September 16 at 4PM. The address is 800 Court Street in Flint. The new building and services at Court Street will bring $43,730,000 in development to Flint. 360 construction and 47 ongoing jobs will be created. It will serve 268 seniors along with continued neighborhood healthcare services.
“This project demonstrates our commitment to preserving housing for seniors in Flint,” stated Roger Myers, President & CEO for Presbyterian Villages of Michigan which manages the campus. “We have been proud members of the community for 96 Years and look forward to supporting our seniors well into the future.” Said Kathy Boles, Chair of McFarlan.
The redeveloped campus is a joint partnership between McFarlan Charitable Corporation and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.
