Originally known as the Lewis College of Business location, this project is breathing new life into the community while also preserving its rich history. Featuring 105 new affordable housing apartments and modern facilities like a workout space and communal areas, this transformation pays tribute to the vision and impact of the founder of Michigan's first and only Historically Black College and University, creating a dynamic community for seniors to thrive in.
