Subsidized Cottages

The Village of Redford offers affordable cottage homes for seniors 55+ through a tax credit program with income requirements through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). These Cottages offer modern spacious accommodations, with one- and two-bedroom living spaces with available attached garages or available carports and a number of services and amenities.
