Lake Huron Woods planning over $20 million Fort Gratiot senior housing expansion project
Senior living community The Village of Lake Huron Woods is planning an over $20 million expansion project in Fort Gratiot that will create 52 new apartment units and 40 cottage units.
This project will be built near the community’s already existing apartment building and cottages at 5221 Lakeshore Road. There is also construction for a new Sunrise Program for All-Inclusive Care to the Elderly facility on the east side of the property.
