St. Clair Shores, Michigan (June 8, 2016) – Lakeshore Senior Living, LLC and PVM have announced their signing of a Management Agreement for the new Lakeshore Senior Living  community (Lakeshore) that is under development.  

Lakeshore will include 120 independent living apartment homes offering numerous amenities and services, as well as accommodations for individuals seeking licensed memory support.  This multi-million dollar development is located on the west side of Jefferson Avenue north of 11 Mile Road directly across from Lake St. Clair on the site of the former St. Gertrude High School and Catholic Church.  

A public groundbreaking ceremony will be held in the near future.  Additional information regarding Lakeshore will be announced at that time.

PVM, based in Southfield-Michigan, is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1945. It currently serves over 4,500 seniors across the State in 28 diverse communities (urban, suburban, rural and resort areas). Its mission is to serve all faiths and to create new possibilities for quality living, and its vision is to transform senior living and enhance the communities it serves.

PVM will be responsible for the operational management of Lakeshore.  In addition, PVM will be responsible for the marketing and leasing functions that are beginning in the next few weeks, along with some select areas of assistance with the development process.

Lakeshore Senior Living LLC is the owner and developer of Lakeshore and it is expecting the community to be open in the Fall of 2017.
