We are pleased to announce the creation of the new LeadingAge Center for Housing Plus Services. The center will serve as a national catalyst for the development, adoption and support of innovative affordable housing solutions that enable low-income and modest-income seniors to age safely and successfully in their homes and communities. Expanding on work started by the LeadingAge Center for Applied Research, the new Center for Housing Plus Services will offer a wide range of information and resources related to the "why" and the "how" of affordable senior housing plus services strategies and models.
