Michigan’s Department of Human Services has released The Michigan Model Vulnerable Adult Protocol (MI-MVP), called for by one of the several elder abuse laws passed in 2012 (PA 175). Lynn Alexander, PVM’s Vice President of Public Affairs, was a member of the work group. She was appointed by Michigan’s Attorney General Schuette as the Long-Term Care Representative.
