Dressed in a silver jumpsuit to resemble the Wizard of Oz character Tin Man, Steven Moreno had one concern about diving into the waters of Lake St. Clair in New Baltimore on Sunday afternoon.
“I might get rusty,” he said, tongue firmly in cheek.

Six people representing Village of East Harbor retirement home dressed in Wizard of Oz attire, according to administrator Carolyn Martin, who came as Glinda, the Good Witch.
“We’re here on behalf of our seniors and our motto is ‘There’s no place like home,’ which is what we provide them,” Martin said before making the plunge.
